Maker Profile: Lauren Marina
Each season Shop Contemporary highlights one of the fantastic independent makers we stock.
This Summer it's Lauren Marina.
Lauren Marina is an artist, illustrator, and poet living and working by the sea in Poole, Dorset. Lauren creates hand-drawn work that’s largely inspired by a mindful appreciation of local nature.
Her creative practice incorporates a few different aspects. These include working on client commissions, running a home, gift and stationery brand, whilst
simultaneously writing poetry and finding time to mentor other creatives.
Throughout all the projects is a consistent energy to share kindness, reassurance and comfort to audiences and clients.
