Please note, our last order dates to ensure delivery and collection in time for Christmas are:

UK shipments: Midnight, Mon 12 December
International shipments: Midnight, Fri 9 December
Collection of orders: 5pm, Sat 24 December


Delivery Information: Shop Contemporary (Excluding Artists' Editions)

Excluding all Artists’ Editions, Shop Contemporary goods are delivered by the Royal Mail tracked service. Royal Mail is currently operating a contactless delivery service.

We aim to deliver Shop Contemporary orders within 3-5 working days in the UK, within 7-14 days for European destinations and within 12-24 days for any other international purchases.

Again, excluding Artists’ Editions, Shop Contemporary delivery prices are as follows:

United Kingdom:
UK Standard: £4.50

International: Europe:
Europe Standard: £8.00
Advanced: £11.00

International USA and Rest of the World:
US Standard £16.00

Please note: the customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be applied to your order. You will be liable for all duties or levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods outside of the United Kingdom. Once dispatched, you will not be entitled to cancel an order due to unforeseen levies or duties.

Delivery Information: Artists' Editions

All our Artists’ Editions are shipped by a courier (DHL or FedEx) on a signed for, next day delivery. The fulfilment time is typically 2 – 4 working weeks unless stated longer on the product page – typically due to framing requirements. If you would like to use a special art handler or your own courier account, please contact Nottingham Contemporary’s Development Manager on PSharpe@nottinghamcontemporary.org

Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight, and value of the limited-edition work.

If you experience any issues with delivery and your edition is delivered damaged, you must make Nottingham Contemporary aware within 5 working days of receiving the item. Full documentation of damage will be requested by Nottingham Contemporary to help resolve.

Please note taxes are not charged on any orders made outside the UK. Therefore, the customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be applied to your order. Click & Collect

Our click and collect service is available for all Shop Contemporary product within 2-4 working days of placing the order. If you are purchasing an Artists’ Edition – collection timeframes may take longer and a member of our team will be in touch.

Collection can be made from Shop Contemporary situated within the reception area of Nottingham Contemporary. As soon as your order is ready for collection an email notification will be sent.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched you may contact us via email at shop@nottinghamcontemporary.org to request a cancellation. If your item has been dispatched, you will be unable to cancel your order and you will have to go through our refund procedure.
