Bowery used to attach red plastic lips using two safety pins through his cheeks, which this statement acrylic necklace nods to with red lips attached to a silver chain with two large safety pins.
Mouth design measures approximately 3 cm high by 5.5 cm wide. Total chain length adjustable between 55 cm and 60 cm.
