About the Maker

Charlotte Salt is a ceramic artist based in North Yorkshire. 

Charlotte’s work is inspired by folklore, tapestries, ancient artworks and myths. The process of making reflects British craft traditions such as slab building, coiling and clay modeling.

Each piece is unique, from the brush strokes on the surface to the physical imprints that intentionally remain, serving as a testament to the making process.
