This limited edition wallpaper has been designed by Marc Camille Chaimowicz was produced by Nottingham Contemporary on the occasion of the thematic exhibition Jean Genet Act I & Act II, 2011. All profits raised from the sale of this limited-edition work support Nottingham Contemporary’s free programme of exhibitions, educational activities and research programmes.
Marc Camille Chaimowicz (b. 1947) us a French born, London based artist. His cross-disciplinary practices involve painting, drawing, collage, sculpture, installation, furniture, lighting, ceramics, textiles, and wallpaper - challenges the categorical divisions between art and design. His work can be found in the Museum of Modern Art, Tate Modern, and Victoria and Albert Museum collections.
